Saving lives is good. Saving a family? Really Good!

A wonderful act of heroism from Paris
1

This week’s freebie video comes from the Olde World.

Paris to be exact.

On July 4th, Fousseynou Samba Cissé became a hero in France. His day job is a child caretaker for public middle schools in Paris, but on Independence Day, Cisse came home to rest.

Fate had other plans.

Upon hearing a proximate fire alarm, he took a look around his immediate surroundings and found his neighbor’s apartment on fire.

Fousseynou jumped into action, climbing onto a ledge on the sixth floor, where he was able to grab children and assist parents from the apartment window and lead them to safety.

“I didn’t think twice. Their lives were in danger”

French President Emmanuel Macron called Cissé on Tuesday to congratulate him and invite him as a guest of honour to the upcoming Bastille Day parade on July 14.

He did Good.
