Great architecture always gets a look here

I’ve always had a soft spot for Suprematism architecture. Kazimir Malevich, Leonidov.

Zaha Hadid was an architect who picked up on many of these themes and aesthetics and updated it via CAD and her own unique sensibilities.

I came across this article, which celebrates Hadid’s Bergisel Ski Jump as a major monument of modern architecture. But I prefer her Heydar Aliyev Centre in Baku.

Yes, today’s good thing is in Azerbaijan, a real masterwork that exists despite some dubious details surrounding its commission. (We won’t discuss that.)
