Neighborhood and their people are Good
A shout out to a postal service employee.
For 29 years JoAnn Dowery was mail person for the same neighborhood, on the same route.
That in and of itself is a good thing.
But when you factor in the bond that she created with the residents on her route, and how those bonds help reinforce what makes communities and neighborhood matter it’s a really good thing.
So today’s Good Thing is Ms. Dowery, a noteworthy, veteran (Army sergeant!) and an accomplished mail carrier.
