This study has begun to focus on these little nefarious things called “zombie cells” (their less poetic and evocative name is senescent cells, we (in this post) are going to stick with “Zombie Cells” for obvious reasons.) Zombie Cells are cells that stop dividing (procreating, living…) and don’t disappear, they are believed to be quite detrimental to human health and have even been linked with a host of conditions from cancer to Alzheimer’s and other age-related problems.

Learn more about the battle with Zombie (cells) and how a recent front in that battle has been opened by a curious Graduate Student.
