Seoul South Korea is densely populated.
One half of Korea’s population of over 51 million people live in this metropolitan area. This is not surprising given its geography and its role as a political, cultural and economic hub for South Korea.
When this many people live in towers, moving in and out would be a problem? No? It is! Especially when one considers the lack of cargo elevators and the narrow staircases and conventional elevators which are commonplace.
So, behold this innovation to get furniture efficiently in and out of high-rise apartments.
It’s an elevator! Well, that’s a little rich. It’s a vertically moving platform. Most, if not all, of the high-rises afford their owners a deck or veranda. The platform goes right up to the deck in question and from there a team of movers loads it up with furniture.

The moving furniture ladder. It’s cool. It’s needed and it’s pretty good.
